Sweaty Betty is gearing up this September for a month-long fitness campaign. The campaign, ‘Get Fit 4 Free’, challenges women across the globe to power up their healthy lifestyle with a series of online workouts, recipes, and goals.

All of us lead incredibly busy lives and it’s hard to make room in our busy days for a workout. ‘Get Fit 4 Free’ is tailored to fit around hectic everyday life so it’s a chance for even the busiest of bees to drop what they’re doing and sweat up a storm.  This month’s fitness events which include weekly in-store activities, 30-minute online videos, and daily challenges will be centered around Hiitgirl Susan Dyson’s high-intensity workouts.  With a team of brand ambassadors and fitness bloggers, the global fitness community is coming together this month to tone your physique and get you motivated. Of course, it takes more than a heart-pumping workout to get fit. Sweaty Betty is also bringing in expert nutritionists to share tips and recipes that will fuel your training and leave you energized.

In addition to challenging your body, Sweaty Betty is also partnering up with scent gurus NEOM organics to empower your mind. As part of their mindfulness challenge, the campaign will be pairing fitness events with certain scents that will be sure to motivate you and push you through that extra mile.

Fitness Luxe is up for the challenge this September, are you? ‘Get Fit 4 Free’ starts next Monday, so stay tuned for a motivating and empowering month! Check for daily updates at the campaign website or follow #SB30daysweat on twitter, where we’ll be sharing our own progress as well!
