It can be hard to find the right combination of leafy greens, nuts, beans, and dressing to make the perfect salad for you. Sometimes what seems to be a masterpiece combination can (literally) wilt when put to the test. But fear not! Leaf it to us to introduce a lovely and light salad combo that will be sure to impress your taste buds and give your body the nutrition it needs. A Simple and Tasty Salad Dressing 3 tablespoons low-fat greek yogurt 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tablespoon honey 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon Salt and freshly ground pepper For amazing and delicious salads, you will need a bed of greens, nuts, fresh or dried fruit, and vinaigrette dressing. Nuts and fruit not only provide additional nutrition, but also bring a strong and diverse texture to your greens. For this particular salad, I chose to use mixed greens, walnuts, sunflower seeds, apples, and cranberries with yogurt honey dressing. For the dressing you will need put the low-fat greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon into a bowl and whisk everything together to taste.
