Every day we must inhale the good into our bodies. We must manipulate our spine and joints. We must eat the highest quality foods. Otherwise, negativity and depression will cloud the mind, the body will rust with arthritis. Todays food mutates our moods giving us a weak mind and diseased body. We must start the rejuvenation process by first cleansing the body. We must first begin to cleanse and balance the body’s energy through herbs, diet, and exercise. Maintaining a healthy body requires a balance of four elements: nutritional diet, yogic exercises, deep relaxation, and focused meditation.
